## Free trial first Every store gets a full-featured 14-day free trial — no card required. Please use the trial to decide whether InstantStore AI fits your business.
## No refunds after charge Once the trial ends and a subscription payment is charged (monthly or annual), it is non-refundable, in full or in part. Cancelling stops future charges; the current period runs to its end.
## Failed or duplicate charges Genuine payment errors (e.g., duplicate charge for the same period) will be corrected — contact support@nextgenaiss.com with the payment reference.
## Store customers Refunds for products bought from a store are entirely between that store's owner and their customer, under the store's own policy. ZX Ventures does not hold those funds and cannot issue such refunds.
