## 1. The service InstantStore AI ("the platform"), operated by ZX Ventures, provides software for creating and running online stores. We provide the software; each store is owned and operated by its store owner, who is solely responsible for their products, content, pricing, taxes, and customer relationships.
## 2. Accounts You must provide accurate information at signup and keep your login secure. One login per store. You must be legally capable of entering contracts in India.
## 3. Subscription and trial Every store starts with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription (monthly or annual) is required. Fees are charged in advance via Razorpay and are non-refundable once charged (see Refund Policy).
## 4. Acceptable use You may not use the platform for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful; to sell goods you are not legally permitted to sell; or to attempt to access other stores' data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
## 5. Payments between stores and their customers Customer payments for store orders go directly to the store owner's own payment gateway account. ZX Ventures never holds or transfers store customers' funds and is not a party to purchases made from any store.
## 6. AI features AI-generated content (descriptions, images, posts, chat replies) is produced automatically and may contain errors. Store owners are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. AI usage is subject to monthly credit limits.
## 7. Liability The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZX Ventures' total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or the acts of any store or its customers.
## 8. Termination You may cancel anytime (no refunds for the current period). We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. On termination, your data is retained briefly for legal/tax purposes and then removed, except records we must keep by law (e.g., invoices).
## 9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Haryana have jurisdiction.
